Habitat is now ranked eighth based on the number of homes sold and closed according to a closely watched industry list compiled by Builder Magazine. The nonprofit has become one of the most productive home builders by keeping its pace during the housing market collapse. While many companies had to pull back with the housing and financial crisis, Habitat kept building!
